Pilot trial terms

Version of 5 November 2026. The French version prevails.

Pilot phase

SereniVox is in its pilot phase. Trials are open to a limited number of homes in French-speaking Switzerland, and every installation is personally supported. Sending the form is a request: it does not commit you. During the pilot the device speaks French.

Confirmation and price

After your request we write to you to confirm the settings, the plan (buy or rent), the price and the delivery date. The contract is concluded when you accept this confirmation.

Delivery and installation

The device is delivered set up with the numbers and settings you gave. We help you install it, by phone or on site depending on the region. All settings can be changed from the family space.

Payment

No online payment: a QR bill comes with the device, payable within 30 days. When renting, you are invoiced monthly.

One-month trial, money back if you're not happy

• For one month from delivery you can return SereniVox without giving a reason.
• The device must be returned complete (power supply and cables) and in good working order.
• During the pilot we provide the return label.
• The amount paid is refunded in full within 14 days of receiving the device.
• All data on the device is erased when it comes back.

Rental

Rental is monthly with no minimum term. You can cancel for the end of any month. The device remains our property and is returned to us at the end of the rental. If it fails, it is replaced.

Warranty

When you buy the device, the 2-year statutory warranty applies.

What SereniVox does, and doesn't do

SereniVox greatly reduces cold calls and the risk of phone scams, but no filter can guarantee to catch every attempt. It does not replace your own caution or the police's prevention advice. Outgoing calls, including emergency calls, are never filtered, and a backup line connects the phone straight to the line if the device fails.

Governing law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Canton of Vaud, subject to the mandatory jurisdictions for consumers.
