Provider filters remain useful and work alongside SereniVox.
SereniVox goes between the router's phone socket and your current phone. Plug it in and it runs with the settings prepared when you ordered.
If SereniVox fails, the phone is connected straight to the line. You can still make and receive calls, including emergency calls.
Speech recognition runs inside the device. Only an unknown caller's introduction is analysed; conversations are never recorded or sent online.
A secure space on phone or computer: allowed numbers, call log, alerts. One account per relative.
Calls made from home are never filtered.
The pilot phase is open to about ten homes in French-speaking Switzerland, and every installation is personally supported. When you order, you list the allowed numbers and the relatives to alert, and SereniVox arrives ready to plug in.
